We have several tool options that can enhance your next project. Milliken Awning Tools are specially engineered and manufactured to work with our awning system. MILLIKEN TOOL PACKAGE
Our tool package comes complete with all the awning necessities at a discount to our customers. Tool Packages include the Milliken Staple Gun, Air Hammer, a pair of Tensioning Clamps, and Milliken Staples.
STAPLE GUN #MI11
The staple gun was designed especially for Milliken Wholesale Distribution. Lightweight, powerful, pneumatic staple guns make the staple pierce the aluminum and the fabric cleanly and easily to hold the fabric securely in place.
AIR HAMMER #MI12
The air hammer provides precisely the right amount of cushioned force required to mold the vinyl insert into the staple channel. A drum tight finish is assured when using this tool.
TENSIONING CLAMPS #MI16A
These versatile tensioning tools allow you to stretch the fabric on any structure.

AWNING MOUNTING BRACKET “Z” CLIPS #MI6
These rugged 1/4″ aluminum clips are used to attach awnings to building structures and have been designed to meet most building codes.

Milliken staples are used to attach flex fabric to the sign retainer. Staples are available in either galvanized or stainless steel.
EGGCRATE LIGHT DIFFUSER EC1-ACRYLIC/EC2-POLYSTYRENE
These acrylic or polystyrene panels can be used on the bottom of the awning to diffuse light and provide down lighting ambiance.
FLOURESCENT LIGHT FIXTURES
Our light fixtures come in either 4′, 6′ or 8′ lengths. The Power Source is a high output electronic ballast and the fixture is painted steel.
