Customer Support
Awnings and sign projects can be challenging. We want you to feel comfortable and confident using our products. Our goal is to provide the best experience for all of our customers. Our thirty plus years in the sign and awning industry has given us an opportunity to build a talented, dedicated staff who can help you with any issues that may arise in completing your project. We know our products and we know the industry. Let our staff of professionals help you help your customers.
LED Displays
An LED message center is a large investment and our staff wants every user to be confident in using their message centers. We are ready to assist with phone support from installation setup to training the end user on the various software packages. We offer added value packages to our message centers that will allow on-site support to the end user when necessary.
Software Training
We offer a wide range of software and hardware configurations for LED message centers. Our Support staff is dedicated and driven to providing training from the sign installer through to the end-user. We get excited when your customers are happy with their sign. Milliken support technicians are eager to train your customers on how to get the most return on their sizable investment. We do not simply train how to use the boards, but we also explain the features and functions of software and hardware. We feel that we offer a unique twist to the training venue by showing your customers how to troubleshoot common issues that may arise. We do whatever it takes for your customers to get the most out of their sign.
Tech support
Even with the best training , life doesn’t always go as planned. If a sign issue arises, we are here for you. We strive to identify and fix your problem in a timely manner. Our Technical Support representatives are skilled in identifying issues associated with LED signs. They take pride in keeping 95% or more of our signs running at all times. When our technicians don’t have the answer they have direct access to the manufacturer and find the answer, usually by the next business day.

Onsite support
There will be times when the repair to your sign must be done on site. Milliken will ensure a qualified technician is dispatched per the time frame outlined by the warranty in effect for your installation.
Out of warranty support
You may have purchased a sign from another manufacturer and are not getting the help you need. We can help. Our talented support staff is well versed in all things LED. We offer hourly service on a wide variety of signs.
Content Management
We are constantly working with 3rd party content management companies. We will, at your request, refer them to your customers to help them get the best content on their sign. Not everyone is computer savvy. Some companies might not have the time or budget to manage their own content. We’ve got you covered.
